Spot On Docs: onsite safety audits and checklists
A safety audit is a look at how the work gets done on your site or in your workshop, checked against your safety paperwork. You get a written list of what to fix. An Onsite Safety Audit is $495, and the Safety Checklist Pack is $49 Ready to Go or $195 Fully Custom. Prices include GST.
What gets looked at
- The work itself: how jobs are set up and done, the tools, plant and PPE in use.
- Your paperwork: SWMS, risk register, inductions, incident records and toolbox talks.
- Whether the two match. If your SWMS says one thing and your crew does another, you want to find that out before anyone gets hurt.
What you get
A written list of what to fix, in order of what matters most. If any of the fixes are paperwork, we can write it for you at the normal prices.
Checklists to keep it that way
After the audit, we can write the checklists your crew uses day to day: site inspections, vehicle and plant pre-starts and end-of-day pack-up. That is the Safety Checklist Pack, with the audit or on its own.
Who it suits
Small businesses that have never had anyone look over their safety setup, businesses taking on their first employees, and anyone about to start work for a bigger builder or client who will ask to see their safety documents.
