What is in the Induction Pack
Induction checklist
Everything a new starter needs to be shown on day one, in the order you show it.
Sign-off sheet
A record that each person was inducted, by whom and when.
Site rules
Your rules for site or the workshop, on one page your crew can read in a couple of minutes.
What is in the Staff Handbook
Your policies, what you expect from your team, and the way you do things, written in your voice so it sounds like your business.
Does an induction pack replace a white card?
No. The general construction induction, the white card, is a separate requirement for anyone who does construction work. Your induction pack covers your own business and sites: how you work, your rules and who to go to.
